ABOUT US
Originally founded in 2019 in Montreal by Akriti Saini, Dance with Akriti(DWA) specializes in the Indian folk art form of Bhangra.
Akriti herself in trained in Bhangra and the classical dance forms of Kathak and Bharatnatyam. With her team of talented choreographers and dancers, she has now successfully established DWA in Toronto, where she continues to showcase the spirit of Bhangra through traditional movements, colourful costumes and authentic props. Whether we are performing at cultural festivals or corporate galas, our goal is to spread the infectious energy of the art form inclusivity and enthusiasm.
